Irene W. N. Sugiharto

After returning home to Indonesia in 2002 Irene Sugiharto has been active in the media industry before engaging and developing herself as an HR Consultant with the notable HR Consultancy Daya Dimensi Indonesia. In her tenure within Daya Dimensi Indonesia Irene Sugiharto developed interest to focus more on Competency Development and Personality Assessment, having the trust to hold blue chip clients such as those from the Government Institutions (BUMN) and mostly clients from the Oil & Gas Industries, such as Medco Energy Indonesia, Pertamina, BHP Billiton and many more. She excels in galvanizing her relations with clients enabling her to tap easier into their organizational problems and concerns.

Continuing to still pursue her hobby within the media industry, Irene Sugiharto has been a Newscaster for the Indonesian Government Television Station – TVRI for a good 14 years and continues until now to take on projects as a Master of Ceremony for specific Governmental, Social, Political, Human Development and Techno Savvy Conferences within Indonesia and in most of the cases plays a role as Moderator too for those programmes.

Since her departure from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 2011, Irene continues to assist together with Daya Dimensi Indonesia on projects that involves building a competency framework for many industries and the last project within the Banking Sector. In which afterwards, in 2013, Irene started ISP Consulting, collaborating with Lumina Learning UK a revolutionary assessment and development tool for Human Capital based on personality.

Irene has been deeply passionate through ISP Consulting, in exploring more on how Lumina can help not only the Human Resources sectors in Indonesia but also other fields such as Educational Institutions and for personal therapeutic sessions. This is now her heart and soul.

Graduated in BSc (Hons) Psychology and Economics from Southbank University as well as in MSc Business Psychology from The University of Westminster, both in the United Kingdom, Irene enjoys travelling worldwide as her means of relaxation and knowledge enhancement.
